Open House events are projected to be held on the tentative schedule below
Gates will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Drive around, view the amenities, and see how clean and "well-kept" the resort is. Properties for sale will have green Emeralds in the window, but some may not participate in the Open House event.
Homes and lots participating in the Open House will have either a "For Sale" or an "Open House" sign in the front yard.
Emerald Pointe is a 55+ Deeded Community
To visit the park other than Open House events, appointments MUST be made in advance with the individual owner who has their property for sale.
