Sales/Rentals Overview FAQs

All property showings are by appointment only. To schedule a viewing, contact the property owner directly. The owner or their representative will meet you at the Emerald Pointe entrance to open the gate and escort you to the property.
 
Please note:
  • The park does not sell or rent any lots, and the office cannot assist with sales or rental inquiries.
  • Owners and renters must provide proof of current pet vaccinations.
  • Emerald Pointe is a deed-restricted, 55+ community.
Property listings, including owner contact info, are available on this website. Printed listings can also be found on the bulletin board outside the clubhouse, posted seasonally from October 15th to April 15th. Each owner sets Prices and rental fees individually, varying by lot type, location, and amenities.

  • Park Models
  • Resort Homes (Cottages)

  • Yellow lots: Class A Motorhomes only (noted on listings)
  • Pink lots: Existing RV Ports or lots where a Port can be built
  • Blue lots: Resort Homes (Cottages)
  • White lots: Suitable for all RVs (excluding tent trailers, truck campers, or poor-condition RVs) and Park Models
White lots vary in features—some are unimproved, while others include sheds (with/without utilities), Lanais (also called Casitas), or Park Model homes. Note: Sheds, Lanais, and RV Ports are not for full-time living. An RV must be present on the lot (except Park Model and Resort Home lots) whenever occupied.  All lots have water, sewer, and electric hookups.
