Sales/Rentals Overview

At the current time, all property is shown BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you wish to view a property, you must contact the owner directly to set up an appointment. 
 

The owner, or his representative, will meet you at the Emerald Pointe entrance to open the gate and accompany you to the property.
 

The park DOES NOT sell or rent any lots.  There is no sales department and the park's office cannot assist you with sales or rental questions.

Emerald Pointe is a deed-restricted, 55+ community.  To inquire about any property for sale or property for rent, you must contact the owner directly. Their contact info is available here on the website.  Printed sales and rental sheets may be viewed in the glass encased bulletin board on the outside of the club house.   Sale prices and rental fees are set by each individual property owner and will vary according to the type and location of the property and its amenities.

Our Sales & Rentals Listings reflect a variety of lot options for RVs, as well as Park Models and Resort Homes (Cottages). As outlined on the Site Map below, there is one section (yellow) that is exclusively for Class A Motorhomes.  This will be noted on the individual listings where appropriate.  RV Ports are buildings with a roof to shelter your RV.  The pink areas on the map indicate either existing RV Ports, or lots that will allow a Port to be built.  Resort Homes (Cottages) are indicated in blue.

The lots shown in white on the map are suitable for all RVs (excluding tent trailers, truck campers and any RVs in poor condition) and Park Model homes.  These lots vary greatly in their improvements and amenities.  Some are unimproved, some have sheds (with or without electric/water), some have Lanais (buildings of various sizes - sometimes called "Casitas") and some have existing Park Model homes.  Sheds, Lanais and RV Ports are not intended for use as permanent living quarters, and there must always be an RV on the lot (other than Park Model and RV Resort Home lots) when the owner or tenant is in residence.  Our Sales & Rentals Listings contain specific information about each lot, and a "Search by Type" feature is offered for your convenience.
