Tenant and New Buyer Registration Forms

At the current time, forms may be submitted electronically or via paper.
 
All forms should be submitted at least 2-weeks PRIOR to occupancy.

  • The Online Tenant/New Buyer registration is a two-page form.
  • Page #2 of the online form requires you to attach copies of each occupant's driver's license, pet vaccination records, and if you have an RV . . . include 4 photos: front, back, left and right.
All photos mentioned above are mandatory.  Be sure you have them on your device and ready to upload before proceeding with the forms below. Submitted forms without required photos will not be accepted.

You will receive an email confirmation that your forms have been received within 48 hours.   If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Office Manager Katie Lex at 813-782-0545
 
 
 
Paper Submission:
 
When submitting either the Prospective Tenant forms OR the Prospective Buyer forms, you must include copies of the following paperwork (along with the required forms) at least 2 weeks prior to the property being occupied by a tenant or immediately upon a sales contract being signed. 
  • the prospective tenant's or buyer's Drivers License
  • current vaccination records for any pets
  • Photo of RV that will be occupying the site (when appropriate)
Prospective Buyers
  • Key points to be understood by Buyers Before a Sale is Completed.
  • Forms are the Responsibility of both Buyers and Sellers
  • Buyers and Sellers are required to fill out a Prospective Buyer Package and submit As Soon As a Contract is Signed on any Property.

    • Forms may be printed here or obtained at the office and submitted to same. 

    • If either party is not currently in the park, the forms should be printed, filled out, and

      • received by the office at Emerald Pointe RV Resort, 39602 Amethyst Way, Zephyrhills, FL 33540

      • delivered to the office in person or dropped in the office mailbox

      • OR scanned and emailed to EPSecretatry2@gmail.com.

Prospective Tenants 
  • All Owners must fill out the Prospective Tenant Forms
  • Attach Pictures of the RV on All Sides that is going to be on your rented lot.
  • At least 2 weeks prior to the tenant occupying your lot, Forms and Pictures must either be 

    • received by the office at Emerald Pointe RV Resort, 39602 Amethyst Way, Zephyrhills, FL 33540

    • delivered to the office in person or dropped in the office mailbox

    • OR scanned and emailed to EPSecretary2@gmail.com
