AMENITIES

• All roads are paved and curbed.
• Park Models, RV Ports, Lots with Lanais, Lots with Sheds, and unimproved Lots and Cottages are mixed throughout the Resort. (Please refer to resort map)
• RV Lots have large concrete pads with 30/50/100 amp electrical service, sewer hookup, and both city and well water.
• Lawn care, recycle bin, trash disposal, water (2 sources), and sewer are included in monthly POA fees ($100).
• Free WiFi is available in the Clubhouse and Library.  Fiber Optic infrastructure is in place for WiFi service throughout the Resort.  Service at each lot is arranged at the individual owner's discretion and expense.
• 10,000 square foot Clubhouse with Kitchen, Stage, Library, Office, Laundry, Exercise Fitness Room, and Billiards Room.
• Large heated swimming pool and spa, with a large deck & furniture for sunning.
• Very clean Restrooms with private dressing areas and large showers.
• The Clubhouse and adjacent outdoor Pavilion (with TV, grilling station, gas fire pit, patio tables, and chairs) are available for both casual use and planned events. 
• Six championship Shuffleboard Courts, accessories located in a storage facility on site.

• If you like to walk, run or bike, the distance around the interior of our, park is approximately 1.5 safe miles.
• Fenced, Leash-Free Dog Park with seats & water provided.
• Surrounded by natural areas, ponds and preserve lands where wildlife abounds.
• Close to shopping, in town library, restaurants, and medical facilities in Zephyrhills.
• Nearby tourist attractions such as Busch Gardens, Sky Dive City, flea markets, fairs and festivals, the beaches of Clearwater, museums, State Parks, hiking, and bicycle trails. Plant City, Lakeland, Dade City & Tampa's malls, restaurants, entertainment, and sporting event venues are just a short drive away.  
• At Emerald Pointe, you can be at the Disney Theme Parks in Orlando in a little over an hour. We are approximately 45 minutes from Tampa / Clearwater / St. Petersburg international airports.
