Emerald Pointe RV Resort Rules & Requirements
Emerald Pointe RV Resort is a gated 55+ deeded RV lot community. At least one occupant must be 55 or older to occupy the lot. No permanent residents under the age of 22 are permitted. All guests are welcome for up to 14 days.
All RVs must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to arrival. There is no current RV age limit, but RVs must be in good condition, self-contained, and at least 24 feet long. No tents, truck campers, or pop-up campers are permitted.
The resort is pet friendly, allowing up to 2 pets per lot with no size or breed restrictions, a rare and valuable feature for pet lovers. Pets must be leashed at all times, non-aggressive, not a nuisance, and picked up after. Per FL law all pets must be current on all vaccines and proof must be provided to the HOA.
HOA dues are payable quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Owners are welcome to rent out the property when not in use by the owner.
