Using a Paper Form: You may print this form here, attach photos of your drivers licenses, of your RV and of your pet vaccination records and submit to the office via

• Personal Delivery by self or lot owner - include all required photos
• Scan and email to epsecretary2@gmail.com - be sure to attach all required photos
• USPS mail forms and all required photos to

Online Form Submission
Prospective Tenant Form - This is a 3-page form and All pages must be completed and submitted. 
 
You will also be required to submit photos of your RV, drivers licenses of all occupants, and current vaccination records for any pets you have. Be sure to have these available BEORE filling out the form(s).
 
Note: After filling out each page, you will see a statement at the bottom of a Confirmation Page that says "Return to Your Forms".  Ignore this statement.  Instead, select "Rules and Forms" again.  Choose "Tenant Registration Forms" and continue with each page below.
